A little bit about me...
Avery Bartlett represents the third generation of the Hightower family to serve the Excelsior Springs real estate community. Joining the Hightower Heritage Real Estate Team in 2025, Avery brings a strong local connection, a fresh perspective, and a deep appreciation for the family legacy built on trust, service, and community involvement since 1982.
A graduate of Lawson High School (Class of 2021), Avery continued her education at Northwest Missouri State University and Maple Woods Community College before earning her Missouri real estate license in 2025. Growing up around real estate and learning firsthand from both her mother, Melissa Bartlett, and her grandfather, Bill Hightower, Avery has been immersed in the business from an early age.
Born and raised in Excelsior Springs, Avery is passionate about helping clients buy and sell homes in the community she proudly calls home, as well as the surrounding areas throughout the Northland Kansas City region. She is known for her positive energy, strong work ethic, and commitment to making the buying and selling process as smooth and stress-free as possible—especially for first-time buyers.
Outside of real estate, Avery is engaged to her high school sweetheart, Dylan McAdams, with a wedding planned for August 2026. She loves spending time with family, friends, and her dog, Maverick, and enjoys being part of a close-knit community where relationships truly matter.
