A little bit about me...
Deanna Bradford has been helping clients navigate the real estate market with care and confidence since becoming licensed in Missouri in 2007. As a lifelong resident of the Lawson area, Deanna brings deep local knowledge, a strong sense of community, and a genuine passion for helping people find the place they call home.
Deanna attended Lawson High School and spent her childhood and school years in the Lawson district. Later, she and her husband chose to raise their own children in the same community, giving her a personal understanding of the schools, neighborhoods, and lifestyle that make the area special. Her local insight is a tremendous benefit to clients buying or selling homes throughout Lawson, Excelsior Springs, and the surrounding Northland Kansas City communities.
In addition to her Missouri real estate license, Deanna also holds a mortgage loan originator license (NMLS #2761910). This additional experience gives her a valuable perspective on both sides of the transaction, allowing her to guide clients through financing considerations and the home buying process with clarity and confidence.
Known for her patient and supportive approach, Deanna especially enjoys working with first-time buyers and sellers. With the heart of a teacher, she takes pride in walking clients through every step of the process—from understanding the market and financing options to negotiating contracts and closing day—so they feel informed, prepared, and excited about their decisions.
Deanna is deeply involved in the local community. She serves on the worship team and teaches the AWANA Sparks class at Liberty Hills Bible Church, previously served as treasurer for Lawson Cub Scouts, and is an active member of the Excelsior Springs Area Chamber of Commerce. Her commitment to service reflects the same care and dedication she brings to every client relationship.
When working with Deanna, clients quickly discover a Realtor who genuinely cares about their goals and works hard to help them make confident, thoughtful real estate decisions.
